1. Unified design system across all pages

Earlier drafts of the content pages used inline, per-page style blocks with a different color palette than the approved Natural Waterscapes system, and omitted the shared header, navigation, skip link, and prototype banner. Resolution: every page on this site now links to the single shared stylesheet at /css/styles.css, uses the approved NWS Navy #141b45, Forest Green #1c4220, Earth Brown #8f5a2a, Cream #F2E5b3, Black, and White palette, and uses the Tahoma, Segoe UI, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif stack. All pages now carry the same global header, keyboard skip link, prototype-status banner, navigation, and footer.

2. Unverified precision physics figures removed or hedged

Draft copy stated an exact shallow-water column temperature of 32.1 degrees F and cited that figure to a source document that does not contain it. Resolution: pages now describe shallow-water destratification qualitatively (the water column cools toward the freezing point and loses the warm-bottom-water reservoir that de-icers depend on) and each affected page carries a verification note stating that exact sub-freezing threshold temperatures are field-engineering estimates, not laboratory-verified figures.

3. Unsupported ice-jacking force figures removed

Draft copy for the ice-jacking page asserted specific lateral ice-expansion forces (a figure in the tens of thousands of pounds per square foot and a pounds-per-square-inch range) with no citation anywhere in the source corpus. Resolution: the figures were removed. The page now describes the mechanism (ice jacking, lateral expansion, ice shove) qualitatively and states plainly that no specific force figure is published because none could be verified against the source corpus.

4. IceWatt claims and in-house SKU status corrected

Draft copy sold an "IceWatt Smart Off-Grid Pulse Controller" as an in-house SKU with a price and a stock tag, and asserted specific, mutually contradictory duty-cycle and power-savings numbers across three different pages (one page said 10 minutes on / 15 minutes off extending runtime to 9.8 hours; another said 5 minutes on / 10 minutes off with a 2.5x runtime claim; a third said 4 to 9.5 hours). IceWatt does not appear anywhere in the planning corpus or accepted specialist drafts as a sourced specification. The planning strategy document also requires IceWatt to remain structurally separate from marinedeicer.com, referenced only as an external option. Resolution: the IceWatt SKU was removed from every shop page and from the cart. Off-grid pages now describe duty-cycling pulse controllers as a general category of accessory available from third-party manufacturers, without asserting a specific brand, duty-cycle number, or percentage power savings, and note that a buyer should obtain verified figures directly from whichever manufacturer they choose.

5. Non-live commerce signals normalized

Draft shop pages displayed green "In Stock (NetSuite PA/TX)" tags and specific internal catalog IDs as though the site had a live inventory and ERP connection, and listed specific dollar prices with no source in the planning corpus. Resolution: every stock tag now reads "Prototype Display -- Not Connected to Live Inventory," every price is labeled "Illustrative placeholder price -- not a final or live price," and internal reference numbers are labeled as demo catalog references rather than live NetSuite IDs. The cart and order-confirmation pages retain and reinforce their existing explicit statements that no live Stripe or NetSuite systems are invoked.

6. Items confirmed accurate and left unchanged

• Kasco D-Series electrical, thrust, and depth specifications (2400D through 4400HD) match the verified specification database and are reproduced as-is.
• The Kasco 4400D reseller discrepancy correction (verified 9.1A / 42 lbs thrust versus stale reseller listings of 11.2A / 52 lbs) is well sourced and preserved.
• The ICE EATER (R) nominative fair-use trademark disclaimer for Bearon Aquatics is preserved as an example of the correct disclosure pattern.
• The U.S. Solar Mounts provisional status banner covering the Scott Aerator OEM relationship question and the 680W-vs-1,150VA power factor reconciliation is preserved verbatim as an open item, exactly as instructed.
• The core physical description of thermal stratification and the anomalous density peak of fresh water at 39.2 degrees F (4 degrees C) is standard limnological science and is retained as fact.
